| On August 12, 2002 at
around 3:20 PM I heard Housatonic Railroad's NX-11 train starting to
leave the yards behind Kimberly-Clark in New Milford. I reached the
crossing on Middle Street just in time catch it as it passed. I was
also able to catch it as it passed the station in the downtown area. |

| In April of 2002, there
was a minor derailing near River Road in New Milford. This left a nice
clearing where I was able to get some decent shots. The last shot here
shows the train after it passed the site of the Merwinsville Hotel in Gaylordsville
at 3:45. |

| South Kent Road boarders Mudge Pond
as the train slows down here. This train passed here at 3:55. |

| At 4:00 PM I got to Route
341 as it passes over the tracks in Kent. Here you can see a different
view of the train and it's consist as it passes under the bridge. From
here you can see the boxcars and the empty center beam lumber cars
along with the hopper cars loaded with construction debris. |

| Along Route 7 in Northern
Kent the train creeps past Kent Falls State Park since there is a
speed restriction in place. These pictures were taken at 4:15. |
